At SLT-LY Unique Novelties, we take pride in creating and curating quality products. Due to the handmade and personal nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sltlyuniquenovelties.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Handcrafted candles
  • Wax melts
  • Body care products
  • Shower steamers
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not begun.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
