While we strive to ship all orders promptly, processing and shipping delays may occur during holidays, product launches, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SLT-LY Unique Novelties is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
